Except where otherwise agreed in writing, the following Terms and Conditions apply to TGP purchases:
Uniteds Terminal Gate Price (TGP) and Terms and Conditions apply only to 'spot' sales.
Prices stated are subject to change without notice at the discretion of United Petroleum.
Prices are for full tanker loads only - min 35KL.
Drivers and vehicles entering the terminal must have AIP and company accreditation.
United has the right to refuse supply on the following bases of no payment received, product unavailable and/or driver/truck/equipment not meeting appropriate accreditation.
Customer price will be the price applying on the day of pick up, which will be notified on the website.
Product must be prepaid by cleared funds into Uniteds account the day before collection from the Terminal.
Collection can only take place between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday (inclusive).
For new customers, it may take up to 10 working days from receipt of customer information to set up your new account and process your first supply request.
At times of shortage, United reserves the right not to supply, or to impose rationing.
All quoted TGPs are for 15c temperature corrected volumes, and are inclusive of GST, Excise and Capital City Product Subsidies where applicable.
