Don't let your engine overheat
Before heading out for a long drive, it’s important you pick up some engine coolant. Automatic engines heat up very fast and without coolant, can overheat. An engine that’s overheated can cause all sorts of trouble for your vehicle.
Put simply, coolant prevents water in your car’s radiator from boiling in the extreme temperatures it’s exposed to.
Adding coolant to your engine is as simple as locating the coolant reservoir under the hood and following the instructions on the side of the coolant bottle.
Protect your car the next time you hit the road, but remember to always check with your car’s manufacturer if you’re unsure.
